Return and Refund Policy for Pets and Pleasures L.L.C

At Pets and Pleasures L.L.C., customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to provide clear and fair guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review the following policy to understand our practices:

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., pet treats) or personalized products, are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to the supplier or designated return center.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected by the supplier or return center.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at Petsandpleasuresllc@usa.com with photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns initiated after the 3 day return period.

  • Pets and Pleasures L.L.C. owner,affiliates, or employess is not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party suppliers or shipping agencies.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to shipper when approved of return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
